This citrus splash smoothie recipe is one of my favorites and go to for a quick pick me up. The chia seeds add some antioxidants and omegas while the mix of fruits and spinach blend well with the coconut water. This smoothie is packed with vitamins and taste amazing!
Grab a blender and get mixing!
~1 cup of coconut water
~1 peeled banana
~1 peeled orange
~1 Tablespoon chia seeds
~a handful of spinach or kale
~Add all ingredients to your blender & blend for 1-2 minutes
~Pour into your favorite cup & enjoy!
